Maple Meal Replacement Bars



4 Cups Quaker Old Fashioned Oats (not instant oats or quick oats)

8 Scoops Vanilla Whey Protein Powder

4 Egg Whites

16 Tbsp. Flax Seed, Ground (optional & adjustable)

4 Cups Sugar Free Maple Syrup

1 Tsp. Sea Salt (optional & adjustable)



1. Preheat oven to 350

2. Combine all ingredients and blend well

3. Coat 9"x13" glass baking pan with PAM or similar product

4. Pour ingredients into baking pan

5. Bake for 45 minutes
