Wilderness Attitude Podcast

We have another stacked show for you with an amazing guest who has been nominated & is now running for 2018 NRA Board of Directors. Kristy Titus grew up with a conservational mindset and a strong belief that with dedication, integrity, and the backbone of friends, family and faith, you can accomplish anything you set your mind to. She truly believes this has shaped her into who she is today. Kristy talks about her life-long commitment to conversation, being a positive role model in an ever changing industry, and how we take a small step each day towards our goals. We talk about entitlement and the difference between a hand out & a hand up in today's society, and how to empower yourself and others through the choices that you make everyday. Kristy also talks about her new digital series, Pursue The Wild that took her a decade to create, overcoming knee reconstruction after wrecking her snowmobile, and the launch of her new line of elk calls. Early season elk hunting success lies solely in the details and this especially holds true for public land hunters that are packing over the counter tags. With August quickly approaching, your master checklist should nearly be complete. So, have you digitally surveyed the area you’ll be hunting? Have you spoke with local DNR officers, tracked weather patterns, checked drought conditions, located OHV trails and formulated your hunting plan? If not, don’t worry because this week on The Revolution with Jim & Trav we’re Elk Bound and Down and we’ve assembled four of America’s top leading elk experts to help you finalize your hunting game plan. These experts consist of: Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation President and CEO, David Allen, Kristy Titus, featured member of RMEF Team Elk, Randy Newberg host of Leupold’s Fresh Tracks with Randy Newberg and Steve Nessl, Yamaha’s ATV and Side-by-Side Group Marketing Manager. The Revolution is presented by Outdoor ChannelSportsman ChannelWorld Fishing Network and MyOutdoorTV.

Gritty Bowmen at ATA Long Time Friends

I had a blast catching up with Gritty Bowmen Brian Call & Aron Snyder - We go way back, way before the Gritty Bowmen existed & before Aron became A-Aron. Aron built me my first extended stay Kifaru, International backpack over 5 years ago and Brian and I did the Full Draw Film School together. It's so awesome to see where we all came from, where we are and where we are going. Big goals on the move with all of us. These guys have been great friends over the years. It was great to do a little reminiscing. Tune in and hear some rowdy stories of my "non-friend" A-Aron's banquet escapades and more.
