Fit Mission...

Today I am back on the road, my destination Wyoming for a 4 day in field photo/video shoot for Cabela's. Luckily for me on this Saturday, I was blessed with some extra time to sleep in and hit the gym before departing Nebraska.

Everyday, I KNOW what I need to get my workouts in and eat whole natural nutritious food but DOING is what counts. Yesterday, I spent my day in the field turkey hunting, hiking the gorgeous Nebraska river bottom, today it was time for the hotel gym.

Low Pulley Single Arm Cable Bicep Curls- Warm Up then 2 sets to failure at 7

High Pulley Single Arm Cable Bicep Curls- 2 Sets to failure at 7

High Pulley Single Arm Cable Tricep Push Down- Warm Up then 2 sets to failure at 7

High Pulley Double Arm Cable Straight Bar Push Down- 2 sets to failure at 7

Sit Ups- 3 Sets of 30

Side Plank- 2 Sets each side 60 Second hold

75 Minutes Target Heart Rate Elliptical
