June 3rd WOD

 

Everything Positive...

This was my first day home in a month and it felt great! First things first...I started my stay at home on the right foot by slipping right back into positive behaviors.

First, I started my day out with a perfectly balanced breakfast which I recorded into my nutrition journal along with the meals that I ate every 3 hours for the remainder of the day. Starting my first day back at home giving my health fitness 100% effort.

Later in the afternoon, I went to the grocery store and stuck to my list ensuring that I only purchased whole natural foods that would serve my body best.

I even managed to get in my gym workout using my new Armour 39 heart rate monitor.

Today was a great day and I am looking forward to a great week at home!
