The world would be so boring if we were all the same. Today, was one of the best days I have had in a long time. I have so many opportunities on the horizion to look forward to and some big life changes that scare the heck out of me, but also open the door for new beginnings.

I LOVED this workout tonight...It felt GREAT! ENJOY

WOD: 3 Rounds of Cindy(5 Pull ups, 10 Push Ups, 15 Air Squats) then  3 Rounds 20 Russian Swings, 20 Abmat sit ups(record total time)

Challenge: BS (Back Squat) 3×1@95% of max, 1×5@85% of max, 25 Strict Toes 2 Bar

Play: 400m Jog, 2 minutes in paleo chair
