Slow and Steady WINS
Days like today, I have to remind myself that no matter how slow my progress my seem, I am in fact making progress.
I am stronger and leaner today than I was this time last week. Everyday that I get my workouts in and eat perfectly balanced, nutrient rich foods, I am one day closer to achieving my health fitness goals.
No matter how slow it may seem that I am going, I am still going faster than the person who sat at home on the couch doing nothing.
