Living without limits…

To live without limits you must be willing to push beyond what is comfortable, beyond what comes naturally or easily, you must be willing to push both your mind and you body beyond where you currently are.

Train Insane or Remain the Same

Dedication, sacrifice and follow through. This is how goals are actualized, how dreams come true. It all starts with attitude.

Today, evaluate your current workout routine. Is it becoming a routine or are you mixing it up? Training insane or are you stuck on the top of a plateau, remaining the same? Go beyond where you are, push yourself and do something new. Take some risks. If you are already stagnated you only have something to gain by stepping it up. This could be in life regarding your career, your family or your workouts.

There are no limits except the ones we put upon ourselves…Now go out and train insane!!


*Bench Press- 10 Sets of 10 reps- Do not decrease weight. It is acceptable to add weight. Rest 1 minute between sets.

*Low Cable Crossovers- 5 sets of 10 reps with 1 minute rest between sets

*DB Single Arm Military Press- 5 sets of 10 reps each arm. Arm not in motion should remain above the head in the fully extended position.
