Cherry Vanilla Meal Replacement Bars


4 Cups Quaker Old Fashioned Oats (not instant oats or quick oats)

12 Scoops Vanilla Wilderness Athlete Protein Powder

3/4 Cup Slivered Almonds OR 16 Tbsp. Flax Seed, Ground

1 TBSP. Vanilla Extract (optional & adjustable)

1/2 TBSP. Almond Extract (optional)

1 Tsp. Sea Salt (optional & adjustable)

2 Cans No Sugar Added Cherry Pie Filling or Homemade Cherry Filling or Fresh Pitted Cherries


1. Preheat oven 350

2. Combine all ingredients and blend well

3. Coat 9"x13" glass baking pan with PAM or similar product

4. Pour ingredients into baking pan

5. Bake for 45 minutes
