Cherry Vanilla Meal Replacement Bars



4 Cups Quaker Old Fashioned Oats (not instant oats or quick oats)

12 Scoops Vanilla Whey Protein Powder (20 GM protein per scoop)

3/4 Cup Slivered Almonds OR 16 Tbsp. Flax Seed, Ground

1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract (optional & adjustable)

1 Tsp. Sea Salt (optional & adjustable)

2 Cans No Sugar Added Cherry Pie Filling or Homemade Cherry Filling



1. Preheat oven 350

2. Combine all ingredients and blend well

3. Coat 9"x13" glass baking pan with PAM or similar product

4. Pour ingredients into baking pan

5. Bake for 45 minutes
