4 Cups Quaker Old Fashioned Oats (not instant or quick oats)

8 Scoops Wilderness Athlete Vanilla Protein Powder

16 Egg Whites

4 Large Bananas 

1 1/2 Cups Sugar Free Maple Syrup

1 TBSP. Vanilla Extract

1/2 TBSP. Almond Extract (Optional)

1/2 Cup Unsweetened Coconut

1/2 Cup Coconut Sugar

2 Pints Blueberries


In a mixer combine all the ingredients except the blueberries. Mix well. After the main ingredients are mixed- gently hand fold into the batter the blueberries. Place into greased muffin tins or muffin cups. For decoration- place a few blueberries on top of your muffins. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 35 minutes or until done. 


Keep refrigerated or freeze.
