Blueberry Meal Replacement Bars

Ingredients

4 Cups Quaker Old Fashioned Oats (not instant oats or quick oats)

8 Scoops Vanilla Wilderness Athlete Protein Powder

16 Egg Whites

8 Packets Splenda (optional & adjustable)

16 Tbsp. Flax Seed, Ground (optional & adjustable)

4 Cups Blueberries (thaw if frozen)

1 1/2 Cup Sugar Free Maple Syrup

1 Tsp. Sea Salt (optional & adjustable)

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350

2. Combine all ingredients except blueberries and blend well

3. After ingredients are combined gently fold in blueberries with a spatula

4. Coat 9"x13" glass baking pan with PAM or similar product

5. Pour ingredients into baking pan

6. Bake for 45 minutes
