Basic Meal Replacement Bars

Mix the following ingredients together in a blender:

1 Cup Quaker Old Fashioned Oats (not instant oats or quick oats)

2 Tbsp. Nuts

4 Large Figs

3 Scoops Vanilla Wilderness Athlete Protein Powder

Boil for 1 minute the following ingredients:

1/3 Cup Honey

1/4 Cup 1% Milk


1. Preheat oven to 375

2. Coat 9"x13" glass baking pan with PAM or similar product

3. Lay out ingredients and cover

4. Bake for 8 minutes. Remove cover and bake an additional 2 minutes


Yields 5 servings

Per serving approximately:

275 calories/ 12 grams protein/ 6 grams fat
