Banana Meal Replacement Bars

Ingredients

4 Cups Quaker Old Fashioned Oats (not instant oats or quick oats)

8 Scoops Wilderness Athlete Protein Powder

8 Egg Whites

4 Large Ripe Bananas

1 1/2 Cups Sugar Free Maple Syrup

1 Tbsp. Vanilla Extract

1/4 Cup Unsweetened Coconut

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350

2. Combine ingredients and blend well

3. Coat 9"x13" glass baking pan with PAM or similar product

4. Pour ingredients into baking pan

5. Bake for 45 minutes
