Apple Cinnamon Meal Replacement Bars



4 Cups Quaker Old Fashioned Oats (not instant or quick oats)

8 Scoops Vanilla Whey Protein Powder

16 Tbsp. Flax Seed, ground (optional & adjustable)

1 Tsp. Sea Salt (optional & adjustable)

1 Tsp. Ground Cinnamon

2 Cans No Sugar Added Apple Pie Filling or Homemade Baked Apple Pie Filling



1. Preheat oven to 350

2. Combine all ingredients and blend well

3. Coat 9"x13" glass baking pan with PAM or similar product

4. Pour ingredients into baking pan

5. Bake for 45 minutes
