Food Preparation

Slice Onion into long skinny segments and finely slice boneless skinless chicken breast into strips and sauté in a fry pan that has been lightly coated with Pam cooking spray.

Season with garlic and pepper to taste.

When the chicken and onion are fully cooked add frozen vegetable blend of your choice, continue to sauté until hot.

 

Brown Rice:

Boil water then add rice as directed on box.

 

Tips:

I cover my plate with the rice bed. Remove chicken from the blend and weigh out the exact amount needed for your parameters, follow with vegetables and place over bed of rice. Put entire plate onto the food scale and weigh out the exact addition of teriyaki and almonds as t is very easy to add a ton of extra calories, fat and sugar by simply eyeballing those measurements.
